Strategic Planning Committee
Committees, we must take advantage of them !
Determined to move and get things progressing, the Strategic Planning Committee members do not hesitate to adjust according to the needs of those they work for; the Ayrshire breeders. In fact, the role of this committee is as follows:
- Draw up a strategic plan for the government
- Make sure that the Association follows the strategic plan, acting consequently so that promised actions are executed, to keep the grants offered by the MAPAQ and the CIAQ
- Bring a vision to the Association
- Aline the Association with the breeders’ wishes
